May serves as chief correspondent and co-editor for the team’s zine.

Caution! Zine is a fanzine created by The Killers’ fans for The Killers’ fans. Throughout 4 volumes, the zine includes exclusive interviews with Ronnie Vannucci (drummer), the band’s collaborators, essays and artwork from the band’s fans, an oral history of the band’s music video canon, and more. May has also authored an article in renowned journal, Rock Music Studies, about Caution! and The Killers, published in May 2024. October 2024: The Oxford Handbook of Black Horror Film

May authored a chapter for this anthology titled “Afro-Latinx Identity in Latin American Horror Cinema.”
